What the product does
Audio AI Assistant provides educational acoustic tools, room diagnosis, treatment planning and product recommendations. The information is designed for consumer and creator use and does not replace a calibrated acoustic survey by a qualified professional.
Local-first audio processing
Whenever technically possible, audio analysis features are designed to run locally on your device. This means that future microphone-based tools should process acoustic signals in your browser or app before any server-side processing is considered.
The current MVP uses manual room inputs and deterministic calculations. It does not require you to upload audio recordings.
If optional cloud processing, uploads, accounts or saved room profiles are added later, this policy must be updated before those features are enabled.
Information you provide
You may enter room dimensions, room use, surface estimates, budget level and acoustic problem type. These inputs are used to generate an educational acoustic diagnosis. In the initial version, these room inputs are processed to show your result and are not tied to a user account.
Technical data
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and error logs. This helps keep the site secure, reliable and operational.
Cookies and similar technologies
The initial version of Audio AI Assistant avoids non-essential tracking cookies until analytics, advertising or affiliate measurement is intentionally configured.
If Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google AdMob or similar services are enabled later, this page must be updated with the required disclosures and consent controls.
Google services
Google Analytics, Search Console, AdSense and AdMob are not active until they are configured in production. When any Google service is added, the privacy policy and consent flow must be reviewed before activation.
Affiliate links
Some future pages may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, Audio AI Assistant may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine whether a product is technically suitable for a specific acoustic problem.
Affiliate links are not active until tracking IDs and disclosures are configured.
Telegram operator
Audio AI Assistant may include a private Telegram operator for the site owner. This operator is intended for administration, status checks, draft review and controlled approvals. It is not a public support channel and should ignore unauthorized messages.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers only where necessary to operate the site, provide hosting, analytics, advertising, affiliate tracking, security or communication features when those services are active.

- You can use the current MVP without creating an account.
- You can avoid uploading audio because uploads are not required in the current MVP.
- You can reject non-essential cookies where required if they are added later.
- You can request deletion of stored data if accounts or saved profiles are introduced later.
Children's privacy
Audio AI Assistant is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
